1. Return Eligibility
- Returns can be initiated for any product or order.
- For personal reasons, returns of undamaged products will incur a 15% return fee based on the order total, with the refund provided in store credit.
- Damaged or defective products will be returned at LeafBrands' expense.
2. Timeframe
- To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, customers must use our website's contact options to submit an image or video within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Once the product's damage or defect is confirmed, our customer support team will issue store credit and, if applicable, provide a return label.
3. Return Process
- Returns for undamaged products due to personal reasons will incur a 15% return fee based on the item's original price, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
- Once the returned product is received, store credit will be issued based on the original purchase price.
- For damaged or defective products, customers must submit an image within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Videos may be required for defective electronic devices. Store credit will be provided upon approval.
4. Refund or Exchange
- Customers will receive store credit equivalent to the purchased product's price after invoice discounts.
5. Return Shipping
- LeafBrands will cover return shipping costs unless returning undamaged products.
5. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must have all original packaging, seals, and contents, except for damaged products approved by LeafBrands' team.
6. Restocking Fees
- A 15% return fee based on the item(s) total applies to returns of undamaged products. Damaged items are exempt from this fee.
7. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Defective vape devices must be demonstrated with a video.
